The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an extra WC and an open plan living room and dining area. It was refurbished in 2005 in a bright modern style. It can easily accommodate up to 6 adults/children and one infant as there are two double beds, twin single beds and a cot.
Living and Dining Room

The living room is a good size, not that you are likely to spend much time there. There is a large corner sofa which will seat 5 and a dining table which seats 6. There is satellite TV which will receive English channels, a DVD player and HiFi system which plays CDs and French radio. |
| There is direct access from the living room onto a covered terrace where it is likely you will prefer to dine for most of your stay. The terrace has a table and seating for 6 and overlooks the olive grove at the back of the house. |

| Kitchen |
|
The kitchen is well equipped and well laid out. There is an electric oven with halogen hob and microwave. There is also an electric toaster.
There is a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and all the saucepans, cooking utensils and tableware you will require. |
| A particularly attractive feature of the kitchen is the double doors which open onto the front terrace and the view across the Hérault valley is quite superb. There is a baby’s high chair available if required. |

| Bedrooms and Bathrooms |
|
The master bedroom has a king size bed and opens onto the covered terrace. There is also an en suite bathroom with toilet and shower. There is plenty of wardrobe space and a remote controlled fan if the temperature gets uncomfortable.
A hairdryer is also provided.

The twin bedroom again has adequate wardrobe space and a small fan. There is a small cot which can be erected in any of the three bedrooms, if required
There is a main bathroom with a bath, separate shower and toilet and a separate WC. |
| Pool and Outside Patio |

The pool is very private and is not overlooked. There are sun-loungers and patio furniture for 6 adults. There is a barbeque provided, so barbequed evening meals around the pool with copious local wine can be a great way to spend your evenings!
There is off street parking for one car on the drive and very spacious secure garage under the house.
Tariffs and Terms
The tariffs are listed below. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking and we ask for a security deposit of £150 to cover damage and breakages which is refundable at the end of your holiday should everything be OK.
Payments accepted in GB pounds and euros. For all other currencies where exchange rate fees apply, the fees will be the responsibility of the renter.
Prices are per week. Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday in Peak Season but flexible outside of peak season. Minimum stay is 1 week in Peak season, four nights all other times. |
